Due to the tragic passing of Marianne Kilpatrick, a candidate for a HOA Board of Director position, Bridlewood residents have asked if they could change their submitted Proxies.  A resident may revoke a submitted Proxy by personally crossing out, revoting and initialing, their re-submitted Proxy or complete a new Proxy.  The residents will have this revocation and revote option until the registration and sign-in at the Annual Meeting on November 20, 2008 at the Bridlewood Golf Club.  The residents may make changes to their proxy at the Bridlewood HOA Office at the Amenity Center, 5000 Par Drive, until 5:00 PM on November 20th.  If a resident, who originally submitted a Proxy and now plans to personally attend and vote the Annual Meeting, may reclaim his/her Proxy at the Amenity Center or Annual Meeting sign-in desk.

Furthermore, the HOA Board reported that the recently announced on-site Association Manager, Jamie Gordon, will not be able to join the association on behalf of CMA at Bridlewood.  Due to personal circumstances, she has elected to remain at her current assignment.  Toni Griffin, the current on-site manager, will continue to serve during the anticipated transition period.
